When working on a single page of an EOB, a click on a shortcut button displays the entire document as thumbnail images, allowing you to easily find required information, such as a reason code.

In addition, ImageNow can automatically distribute EOBs by category, enabling staff responsible for pay, secondary, denial and reimbursement documents to quickly complete their tasks.

ImageNow captures incoming EDI 835 and 837 streams and converts the data into individual XML and PDF files for each patient. Both file types are linked to HIS records, giving staff instant access to the legible remittance information needed to quickly resolve payment discrepancies, research denials and process reimbursements.
