Your employees need not search for work - it is simply delivered to them with the click of a button.

ImageNow enables you to make predetermined routing decisions based on information collected in worksheets, data extracted from documents or data residing in external systems. Automated decisions might include routing invoices for approval based on dollar amounts or performing a search of databases to determine a purchase requestor. In addition, you can use ImageNow Workflow to communicate automatically with other software applications. For example, automated rules may relay data to a college's financial aid system when certain outstanding documents like tax returns are received. You can set and enforce security levels to maintain proper access and support compliance, as well as employ the evaluative functionality of ImageNow to gain accurate and timely system feedback for reallocating staffing resources.
