Both work together seamlessly if you opt for a hosted solution, supporting a full range of connectivity and configuration options. Managed Services also can stand alone, providing ImageNow administration when the system is deployed in a traditional fashion on your premises.
About Managed Services
Managed Services includes the following ImageNow administrative support:
- Management of the ImageNow application (our resources working in support of your ImageNow coordinator)
- Direct support for all ImageNow application and hosting issues
- Administration of ImageNow environment
- User account setup and modifications
- Document security and access modifications
- Workflow administration and minor script modifications
- Integration modifications for installed host business applications
- ImageNow database maintenance as required
- Management and configuration of installed ImageNow Server agents and components
- Perform all ImageNow updates

Platform Services includes the following hardware, infrastructure, communications and processing platform management services:
- Hardware procurement, maintenance and licensing
- Operating system procurement, maintenance and licensing
