Processing Server:
- Recognition/transformation of scanned images into digital text
- Form processing (form ID, auto-indexing, key data element extraction)
Verification Station:
Character repair and validation of data with three different verification modes:
- Group digit verification (up to 300 characters per second)
- Context verification of text field contents
- Verification per image
Forms Designer Station:
Create templates for structured forms using the Template Designer tool and layouts for dynamic, semi-structured documents using the Layout Designer tool.
Jumpstart Pack:
The Jumpstart Pack, a companion module for the ImageNow DataCapture Suite, provides quickly deployable recognition for your specific processing needs. The ImageNow team will work with you to create up to 10 personalized templates (per pack) for transcripts, invoices, financial aid applications, tax forms, personnel forms or any other documents.
