University of North Texas Selects ImageNow for Institution-Wide Deployment

Perceptive Software’s enterprise document management suite will deliver increased document security while improving processes and productivity campus-wide.

SHAWNEE, KANSAS — (11 Jun 2008) Perceptive Software, creator of ImageNow enterprise document management, imaging and workflow software, today announced the University of North Texas (UNT) has selected ImageNow for an institution-wide document management project.

Founded in 1890, UNT is one of the largest universities in the state of Texas with an enrollment of more than 34,000 students. After a comprehensive search for a document management solution, UNT selected ImageNow for its campus-wide scalability and proven track record in higher education. UNT will initially roll out ImageNow in nine departments, ultimately deploying it across the university.

“ImageNow will ultimately help us streamline processes and increase efficiencies campus-wide,” said Tracy Hansen, University of North Texas system manager. “As we roll out ImageNow, it will help us free up space on campus and improve organization as well as add another level of document security,” added Hansen.
