Perceptive Software Develops Unique Partnership with Sprint Center

The ImageNow enterprise document management suite will be utilized throughout the Sprint Center.

SHAWNEE, KANSAS — (06 Oct 2007) Perceptive Software, one of the fastest-growing companies in Kansas City, announced today its partnership with Sprint Center, Kansas City’s $276 million downtown sports and entertainment venue. As part of the agreement, Sprint Center’s VIP Arena Lounge will now be known as the Perceptive Software Founders Club.

Perceptive Software is the creator of ImageNow® enterprise document management, imaging and workflow software, which is used by thousands of organizations worldwide. Sprint Center will use ImageNow's document management control suite and workflow modeling tools to improve business processes in areas such as contract management, accounts payable, travel and expense, and human resources.

Through the partnership, Perceptive Software is entitled to naming rights to the exclusive members-only Founders Club. Terms of the multiple-year agreement were not disclosed.

Members of the Perceptive Software Founders Club will have access to priority ticket sales, reserved parking, private member-only box office and entrance, and select Sprint Center offers.
