Perceptive Software, Lawson Software Expand Partnership

Partnership to focus on providing document management, imaging and workflow solutions in conjunction with Lawson enterprise software applications

SHAWNEE, KANSAS — (23 Oct 2007) Lawson Software (Nasdaq: LWSN) and Perceptive Software, Inc., developer of ImageNow® enterprise document management, imaging and workflow software solutions, today announced an expansion of their partnership. A Lawson partner since 2001, Perceptive Software will provide content management solutions to Lawson S3 customers in the healthcare, financial services, public services, retail, business services, and other vertical markets Lawson serves. Under the expanded partnership, Perceptive is now a Gold-level partner of Lawson’s Complementary Partner Program, which is the most comprehensive partnership in the three-tiered program.

ImageNow can be set up to work directly with Lawson applications, operating as though it is built in to the Lawson business system and enabling users to quickly access documents when they are needed.
