- Early arrival and/or extended stay guests receive a rate of $299 per night. You may request assistance planning all aspects of your trip, from flights and hotels to golf outings and extending your stay with Paragon Events.
Travel
Flights
Paragon Events, our conference planners, will be happy to assist you with flight reservations to and from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport or Miami International Airport. We recommend you plan to arrive the afternoon of Sun., April 19. The conference will conclude at noon on Wed., April 22. We suggest booking a return flight that departs after 2 p.m.
Ground Transportation
The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa is a 15- to 30-minute drive from the two major airports in the region, Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and Miami International Airport. Paragon Events can also provide information on ground transportation.
