Perceptive Software strives to stay ahead of the industry by listening to feedback from our customers, making them partners in building a better product.

Customers are encouraged to submit product ideas to the product management team. In fact, nearly 85 percent of the thousands of function points in ImageNow 6 are the result of customer feedback. We also invite a select group of customers from various industries and areas of expertise to influence the future of ImageNow at our Customer Advisory Council.

Influence: The ImageNow Customer Advisory Council consists of idea-sharing and feedback about product functionality enhancements, new products and services, and overall performance. Customers meet with peers from same industry or functional areas to explore new ideas with the Perceptive Software team.
