Since implementing ImageNow document management, imaging and workflow software, Wilmington College has experienced a boost in productivity, faster student service, recovered storage space, and cost savings on printing, photocopying and mailing.
Tightly integrated with the college's CAMS, POISE and EdExpress systems, ImageNow gives employees instant access to transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other supporting documents from familiar software environments.
The resulting time savings allow employees to serve students quickly and focus on more meaningful duties than shuffling paper. Areas once used for storage have been converted into office space. ImageNow also supports the college's records retention plan and FERPA compliance initiatives.
