Prestigious Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), located in Richmond, Va., is a Carnegie Research University. Noted as one of the top 100 research universities in the country, VCU has two major campuses and an enrollment of 25,000 students. Every year, the Office of Financial Aid disburses more than $130 million to more than 14,000 students. In order to deliver these funds in a timely and equitable manner, the Office needed a way to streamline the financial aid review process.
