Murphy credits Perceptive Software's comprehensive product training with giving her the tools to manage the ImageNow system with little assistance. Although Perceptive Software provides 24x7 customer support, Maurices has found little need to use it since implementation.
End users are just as pleased with ImageNow's ease of use, and it has given HR staff more time to spend on more constructive activities than maintaining files. Murphy predicts that as the word of HR's successful implementation grows, ImageNow will be in demand for other areas of the company, including leasing and accounting.
