Kansas State University (KSU) selected ImageNow integrated document management, imaging and workflow to eliminate the inefficiencies of paper processes in multiple departments. Implementation in four areas was completed quickly, giving KSU an immediate return on investment. After seeing the time and costs savings that ImageNow delivers, school administrators extended ImageNow to four other departments at the Manhattan and Salina campuses.

Patented technology (LearnMode) facilitated rapid, seamless integration between ImageNow and all KSU's host applications, including PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) and multiple legacy applications. ImageNow supports KSU's current student information system and is proven to be compatible with the Oracle Student System® (OSS) that will soon replace it. ImageNow gives KSU employees instant, single-click document access within a familiar software environment, facilitating enhanced customer service and productivity. ImageNow is also lowering storage costs and limiting spending on folders and paper.
