"We're providing better customer service with ImageNow. Instead of researching issues and calling customers back, we have the information at our fingertips."

ImageNow integrated document management, imaging and workflow helps Jones-Onslow efficiently manage existing and new engineering and customer service documents. Prior to ImageNow implementation, files were sent between Jones-Onslow's two offices by fax or intra-company mail, delaying information access. Jones-Onslow is using CaptureNow to import 15,000 staking sheets into ImageNow, where they are automatically indexed by service order number and saved as TIFF files.
Authorized users at the company's headquarters or Sneads Ferry location instantly retrieve and view these and other documents simultaneously. ImageNow also speeds the response to customer inquiries by providing instant access to complete customer records. ImageNow security features, such as user- and drawer-level privileges help Jones-Onslow protect confidential customer information.
The company's headquarters is situated on the southeastern coast of North Carolina, an area vulnerable to hurricane damage. ImageNow eliminates the risk of loss or damage associated with paper customer and vendor records. In the event of a hurricane, all document images stored on the ImageNow server will be protected.
