ImageNow helps Foxworth-Galbraith efficiently process more than 350,000 accounting documents each year. Using patented technology, ImageNow weaved a tight link with Foxworth-Galbraith's Lawson Financials application in the accounts payable (AP) department. Integration creates a connection between records in Lawson and documents stored in ImageNow that provides users with instant access to supporting documentation from their Lawson screens. This instant document access improves information sharing with other departments, quickens Foxworth-Galbraith's response to vendors, and enables employees to complete business processes more quickly.
As part of Perceptive Software's customer education initiative, system administrator Michael Thedford actively participated in ImageNow implementation and realistic training classes that prepared him to take complete ownership of Foxworth-Galbraith's ImageNow system.
"I find it very easy to administrate ImageNow — there's really not a whole lot to do," Thedford says. "Once it's set up, it just runs."
