Replacing cumbersome paper processes with an integrated ImageNow document management, imaging and workflow solution enabled College of Southern Maryland (CSM) to answer student inquiries, process financial aid documents and complete IT processes in a timelier manner. CSM also finds that ImageNow boosts productivity campuswide by reducing the amount of time employees spend manually processing paperwork.

Using patented integration technology, ImageNow seamlessly integrated with CSM's Datatel Colleague system, giving users at the university's four campuses instant access to supporting documents from within their host application screens.

Hands-on training provided by Perceptive Software equipped CSM administrators with the skills they needed to manage ImageNow independently, including expanding ImageNow to seven departments. The scalability and ease of use of ImageNow makes it equally effective in each of these areas, and CSM plans to extend the application to human resources and payroll.
